Training
Athletes compete in a wide variety of sports and are of diverse age ranges and skill levels. Therefore, Bigtime Sports designs its training programs to be diverse to meet the needs of each athlete. For example, every program incorporates active training and sport-specific training. Active training is designed to make the athlete faster, stronger, more agile and explosive. Sport-specific training is designed to target athletic ability in the sport in which the athlete competes. House of Speed has a customized training program for every sport, every position, and every skill level.
Private or Semi Private Training
Private training is one on one training with individuals based on needs in a specific area. Semi Private training involves 6 athletes or less. It is for athletes to work in a group setting but get the personal training attention of an individual workout.
Team Training
This training is designed specifically for athletes who play for the same team and want to train together. Prices for this type of training varies according to how many sign up. Travel is available
